Welcome to the Bombastic online store. By using this Website and placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These general terms and conditions are established and governed by LLC “START 1” (hereinafter also referred to as the “Company,” the “Store,” “Bombastic,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and apply to the sale of toys and children’s accessories (hereinafter referred to as the “Sale”) through the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) owned by the Company.

By accessing the Website, using any of its services, or downloading any content, in whole or in part, you, as the user (hereinafter also referred to as the “User,” “you,” “your,” “client,” “customer,” “purchaser”), confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms of Use, as well as other sales terms published on the Website by the Company, and unconditionally accept them, regardless of whether you are a customer of the Company, a registered user of the Website, or simply a visitor.

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, unilaterally and without prior notice. In the event of such amendments, the Company will publish the updated terms on the Website, indicating the date of the last modification. The User is responsible for periodically visiting the Website and checking for updates to the terms. The new terms shall come into legal effect and apply to obligations arising after their publication on the Website.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Website. Your presence on the Website, creation of an account, becoming a user, and use of the services shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Payment Procedure

  • Payment in cash for Products sold by the Company may only be made in Armenian drams (AMD).
  • Products are sold at the prices indicated on the Website at the time of purchase.
  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful completion of payment.

Returns and Exchanges

Products purchased on the Website may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the Product has not been used and retains its original packaging, labels, and seals.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personal hygiene products,

  • Baby feeding products,

  • Personalized or custom-made items,

  • Products marked in the description as “Non-returnable”,

  • Products from the “Children’s Transport” category that have been used outdoors even once.

If an item is declined upon delivery, provided it is in perfect condition, the buyer is responsible for covering the delivery cost (800–1200 AMD in Yerevan, 1000–2500 AMD in regions). To return a purchased Product, the customer must visit the Bombastic store (1 Mazmanyan St., Garage Mall).

If the Product is returned within 14 days from the purchase date, the delivery cost (800–1200 AMD in Yerevan, 1000–2500 AMD in regions) as well as a 3% fee of the refund amount (to cover banking, tax, or card transaction expenses) will be withheld from the refund.

Refunds may be issued in cash or transferred to the customer’s bank account within no more than 10 business days after the return is processed.

Upon receiving the order, the customer must open and inspect the Product to ensure it is functional, free of damage, and in proper working condition before accepting delivery. If the customer or their representative accepts the Product and issues arise after the courier leaves, the Company shall bear no responsibility for subsequent defects.

If an order is refused on-site due to damage or malfunction, we are obliged to accept it back without any additional charges.

If the customer refuses to check the order on-site, the Company bears no responsibility for any subsequent issues (please note: all Products are checked by us before order confirmation, and batteries are installed free of charge if required).

Order Cancellation

The online store reserves the right to unilaterally cancel your order for various reasons. The Store may cancel an order in the following cases, including but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of Products or Services: If the ordered Product or service becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to supply changes, legal regulations, or technical issues.

  • Violation of Order Terms: If the customer breaches the order terms, including but not limited to providing incorrect information for delivery or payment.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, civil unrest, or similar circumstances that make it impossible to fulfill obligations.

  • At the Store’s Discretion: The Store reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel an order if necessary to protect the interests of the Store or if other circumstances prevent the fulfillment of the order.
