Welcome to the Bombastic online store. By using the website and placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  • These general terms and conditions are established and governed by “START 1” LLC (hereinafter also referred to as “the Company,” “the Store,” “Bombastic,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and apply to the sale of toys and children’s accessories (hereinafter also referred to as “the Sale”) through the website (hereinafter also referred to as “the Website”) owned by the Company.

  • By accessing the Website, using any of its services, or downloading any content, in whole or in part, you, as a user (hereinafter also referred to as “the User,” “you,” “your,” “customer,” “buyer,” “orderer”), confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms of Use, as well as other sales conditions published on the Website by the Company, and unconditionally accept them, regardless of whether you are a customer of the Company’s sales, a registered user of the Website, or simply a visitor.

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, unilaterally and without prior notice. In the event of changes, the Company will publish the updated terms on the Website, indicating the date of the last modification. It is the User’s responsibility to visit the Website periodically and check for any changes to the terms. The new terms will take legal effect and apply to obligations arising after they are posted on the Website.

  • If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Website. Your presence on the Website, creation of an account, becoming a user, and use of the services constitute your unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Payment Procedure

  • Cash payments for products sold by the Company can only be made in Armenian Dram (AMD).
  • Products are sold at the prices indicated on the Website at the time of purchase.
  • An order is considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully completed.

Return or Exchange

Products purchased from the Website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been used and retains its original packaging, labels, and seals.

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Personal hygiene products,
  2. Baby feeding products,
  3. Personalized or custom orders,
  4. Products marked as “Non-returnable” in their description,
  5. Products from the “Children’s Transport” section that have been used outdoors at least once.
  • If a product is rejected upon delivery due to being in perfect condition, the buyer is responsible for covering the delivery costs (800-1200 AMD in Yerevan, 1000-2500 AMD in the regions). To return a purchased product, the customer must visit the Bombastic store (Mazmanyan 1, Garage Mall).
  • If a product is returned within 14 days of purchase, the customer will be charged the delivery fee (800-1200 AMD in Yerevan, 1000-2500 AMD in the regions), and 3% of the refundable amount will be withheld (to cover banking, tax, or card-related expenses).
  • After processing the return, the customer’s refund may be issued either in cash or via bank transfer, within a maximum of 10 working days.
  • Upon receiving the order, it is necessary to open and inspect the product to ensure it is in good condition, has no damages, and functions properly before accepting the delivery. If the buyer or their representative accepts the product and issues arise after the courier has left, the Company is not responsible for any subsequent problems.
  • If the order is rejected on the spot due to damage or malfunction, we are obliged to take it back without charging additional fees.
  • If the customer refuses to inspect the order on the spot, the Company is not responsible for any subsequent issues (we mandatorily check all products before confirming the order and, if necessary, install batteries free of charge).

Order Cancellation

The online store reserves the right to unilaterally cancel your order due to various circumstances. The store may cancel the order in the following cases, including but not limited to:

Unavailability of products or services: When the ordered product or service becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to changes in supply, legislation, or technical failures.

Violation of order terms: If the buyer violates the order terms, including but not limited to providing incorrect delivery or payment information.

Force majeure circumstances: In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, civil unrest, and similar circumstances that make it impossible to fulfill the undertaken obligations.

Store’s discretion: The store reserves the right to decide to cancel the order at its discretion if it is necessary to protect the store’s interests or if there are other circumstances preventing the fulfillment of the order.
